I wanted to alert the public that Target in Columbia Heights is not following the city’s guidelines on masks.
I just left there and few customers and even fewer employees were wearing masks. When I questioned the people working the door, they said that it wasn’t Target’s policy to turn away unmasked customers and that if I had a problem, I could shop elsewhere.
As a side note, there’s nowhere in the 311 app to appropriately report such violations. Any thoughts on the best city office to contact?”
