Earlier Stephen sent us from Crittenden: “They are redoing the sidewalks in Decatur and Crittenden on the 300-500 blocks. Signs have been there for a while.”
“DC Gov tow truck driver says it wasn’t them…adds “you don’t cut a tow like that!””
