Well this is insane. Thanks to Bill for sharing: “My kids – and so many others – walk this sidewalk every day. Please fix this ASAP! Wood piece is on top of it. Which I put back on top … not sure why 311 – DPW or DC Water wasn’t out immediately today to fix this!”
Fortunately DC311 replied this morning:
“Good morning everyone. @dcwater is aware of the problem and is dispatching to the location. Thank you.”
