“This is at least the third time in the past year that 14th street NW between W and Florida has been ripped up and new concrete poured after different, obviously uncoordinated, projects finished up (this time it’s related to installing new bike lanes and bus islands). Set aside the multiple days of jackhammering every time. The cost in people and materials is mildly staggering.”
