“MPD responded to the area of 9th Street and Quincy St, NW, for reported gunshots at approximately 7:40 PM this evening. [Tuesday]
There were no injuries reported. There was damage to a vehicle discovered in the 3700 block of 9th Street, NW.
If anyone has information related to this event please call 202 727-9099 or text 50411.”

“At approximately 9:45 pm this evening, several calls were reported to the Metropolitan Police Department in regards to the sounds of gunshots in and around the 700 block of Farragut Street, Northwest. Officer responded to the area and after a canvass discovered cartridge casing in the 700 block of Farragut Street, Northwest. At this time there is no report of anyone being injured by this gunfire.”
