“I’m wondering if those individuals had any notice they were being ‘evicted’ and also wonder what happened to their belongings?”

“Dear PoPville,

There are ‘no trespassing’ signs up all over (that have never been there before) and people pressure washing the sidewalk, and the three homeless folks who live there (who always mind their own business and keep their belongings orderly) are not to be seen anywhere. Neither are there belongings.

I’m wondering if those individuals had any notice they were being ‘evicted’ and also wonder what happened to their belongings? Seems like a pretty inhumane way to treat other humans, but maybe I’m missing (I hope) some of the picture? FWIW I’ve never seen city employees or social workers out there to assist these folks. Neighborhood residents do what we can to help.”
