Oof, more painful restaurant news this morning – Washingtonian reports:

Meiwah is closing in DC after nearly 20 years in business. Owner Larry La says he’ll shutter the Chinese restaurant on Tuesday, May 14 due to a proposed rent hike and the building’s landlord wanting to expand on the West End space.

The Chevy Chase, Maryland branch of the eatery will remain open.”

Meiwah’s Facebook says:

“Meiwah is a beautiful Chinese restaurant serving fine cuisine with excellent service in the heart of the nation’s capital. It is where everyone from celebrities to students go to rub shoulders and chow down. Voted best Chinese food in D.C.!”

You can see their menu here.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
