“Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit announced an arrest has been made in reference to Sexual Abuse offenses that occurred on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, in the 1200 Block of 20th Street, Northwest.
At approximately 11:00 pm, the suspect approached the victims at the listed location. The suspect engaged in sexual contact with five victims. The suspect assaulted a sixth victim and attempted to force them to engage in a sexual act. The suspect then took the victim’s property. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers.
On Wednesday, April 3, 2019, 36-year-old Jamar Christopher Tillman, of No Fixed Address, was arrested and charged with Assault with the Intent to Commit First Degree Sexual Abuse, Robbery Force and Violence, and five (5) counts of Misdemeanor Sexual Abuse.”
