“Dear PoPville,
Where I live, NEDC, there are gunshots. Sometimes I know where. Sometimes, I don’t. I always call. And frequently, even when I tell 911 the shots were in the distance, they show up at my house.
My neighbors don’t ever call.
Should I stop calling? Is my calling useful? What guidelines do people use when calling? I always think of the person bleeding out because I did not call.”
