“On 12/28/2018, at approximately 12:50 AM, members of the Fifth District responded for the sound of gunshots in the 1900 block of 1st Street, NE. Upon arrival, officers met with an adult male complainant who stated that he had just been chased by an individual, and shot at. The complainant was not struck by the gunfire, and was able to make it to safety.
The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction. This case is currently being investigated by the Fifth District Detective’s Office.
The look-out is for a black male, 15-30 years of age, 5’7″-5’10” in height, thin build, wearing a black hoody and light blue jeans, armed with a handgun.
