Smoothie King Opens in Logan Circle Monday, Dec. 31

“Smoothie King, the leading smoothie brand committed to inspiring guests to live a healthy and active lifestyle, will open its fourth Washington, D.C. location at 1450 P Street NW on Monday, Dec. 31.

A grand opening celebration will be held Saturday, Jan. 5 with free Smoothie King for a year for the first 50 guests in line, followed by The Blend Master Challenge at 3 p.m.

The Blend Master Challenge is a “Chopped”-style competition where three fans are chosen to create their own smoothie using secret ingredients, selected by Smoothie King staff, for the chance to win free Smoothie King for a year. For more information on how to enter the challenge, follow @SKPStWashingtonDC on Facebook. All guests attending the event will help judge the smoothie creations.

The event will also include free 12-ounce smoothies from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and additional in-store freebies and prizes, including Smoothie King gift card and Fitbit Versa giveaways.

“Smoothie King is a growing brand in the D.C. area, and it’s becoming a popular choice for those who want fresh, delicious smoothies that fit into their healthy, active lifestyles,” said Smoothie King CEO Wan Kim. “Conveniently located off Logan Circle and 14th St., we encourage guests to stop in during the grand opening event to participate in The Blend Master Challenge and enjoy a free smoothie on us.”

Hours of operation will be 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday, and 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Sunday. Guests who join Smoothie King’s Healthy Rewards loyalty program can earn points toward free smoothies and exclusive offers and discounts tailored to them.”
