“As summer turns to fall, the community served by Shaw Dog Park at 11th & R Streets NW, will paws to reflect and celebrate our 10th Anniversary! In celebration of this important milestone, DC’s first official dog park, the Shaw Dog Park Association is holding its 4th annual Howl-O-Ween party with a costume contest and raffle. It is a free event for park users and their pups at the Park on Saturday, October 27 November 3rd, 2018 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.”
