“On 9/6/18 at approximately 6:03 p.m., First District officers responded to a report of a shooting at 1130 3rd St SW. Officers found an adult male victim who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. The victim, who was conscious and breathing, was transported to the hospital for treatment. A possible suspect is being described as a subject with short hair, a thin build; and average height, wearing a long sleeve black hooded sweatshirt with red on the inside of the hood. The case is currently under investigation by First District officers and detectives.
