There is an update to the post “George has chained himself to his house”. From the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia:
“Judge Rigsby found in the District’s favor a few days ago, and granted the injunction that will allow DCRA to abate the fault with the foundation that has closed access to the alley for years. His order (which also made several other findings) is attached.”
