After a bit of a makeover (fresh neutral paint, backsplash, appliances, refinished floors), and the addition of the Homer Simpson blow up doll in the attic, the property was re-released to the Spring market at a higher price and went under contract in 9 days.
It’s not unusual to see list prices ending in odd numbers. The Buyer apparently has a good sense of humor, paying $1. shy of $951,000.
It’s just this kind of market right now.
