This sounds like a great program. From an email:

City at Peace DC’s 2nd annual free Street Theatre tour kicks off this week in neighborhoods around the city. The program is designed to bring the conflicts and creative solutions of young people to a wider audience, using performing arts as a vehicle for change through a unique
partnership with Metro TeenAIDS and the DC Department of Parks and Recreation. The result: 65 youths from the DC area created an original musical about healthy relationships, AIDS awareness and sexuality called UNPROTECTED.

There will be multiple receptions following each show, as a celebration of all this summer’s cast has accomplished and a chance to talk to cast and board members about why they are involved with this incredible organization. Suggested donation at each reception is $20. You can, of course, attend free street theatre without attending an event. We hope you’ll grab a blanket, a group of friends and join us this week at any – or all – of the following events:

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
