“* 6 boils bi-weekly from 3/31 to 6/9. Each starts at 2:30 PM, goes til we’re done
* crawfish is flown up fresh (NEVER FROZEN) the morning of each boil. Same 150 lbs. “Select” that we always done
* $48 or $53 (includes all fees) for all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink (keg beer only)

we can only offer 50 spots for each party to do things proper. y’all are welcome to extend invites to your friends, just don’t ask us to hold spots & don’t buy ’em up and then expect us to buy ’em back cause THERE’S NO REFUNDS

each boil is paired with a different craft brewery. we get two different half-kegs (total volume) for each event & reps/owners from the breweries will be on hand for their respective dates & of course the beers are killer

crawfish is flown up fresh (NEVER FROZEN) the morning of each boil. Mark & Chris is boilin this year (if you wanna lead a boil just lemme know, it’s a great look in your book of selfies)

& then you get all messy chowing awesome spicy crawfish & sausage & corn & keilbasa & mushrooms & potatoes w/ tastee fine beer pouring down your gullet all afternoon. Ain’t no better backyard party

3/31, DC BRAU: $48: we’re getting a keg of the “world class”-rated double IPA On the Wings of Armageddon (9.2%) but fear ye not, BRAU PILS will be on hand for the more faint-of-palate

4/14, EVOLUTION BREWING: $48: from right over the bay in Salisbury, MD, bringing Lot No. 6 (8.5%) (most balanced double IPA ever) paired w/ their Delmarva Pure Pils

4/28, JAILBREAK BREWING: $48: couple of miles up the road in Laurel, MD, bringing one barrel of fabulous malty double IPA BIG PUNISHER (8.5%) & another barrel of Czech the Technique Pilsener

5/13 LAGUNITAS: $48: deadly delicious Undercover Shutdown (9.6%) & the quick-quaffing PILS. So rad. Lagunitas must be doing something right, folks always get pretty loaded at their party

5/26, FLYING DOG (3 Beers): $53: this year’s specialty casks are The Truth (8.7%) aged w/ guava & dry-hopped w/ Galaxy & El Dorado hops, as well as Raging Bitch (8.3%) aged w/ Pineapple & Habanero & dry-hopped w/ El Dorado & Amarillo hops. We’ll also have their Mexican-style lager Numero Uno to keep your face from exploding

June 10th, DOGFISH HEAD (4 Beers): $53: One sixtel each of 60 Minute IPA (6%), 90 Minute IPA (9%) & 120 Minute IPA (18.5%), plus a keg of Belgian-style wit Namaste

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
