Thanks to Justin for sending: “a Hawk I spotted trying to feed on some smaller birds just outside the 7-11 in Foggy Bottom. It was around 10:30am this past Sunday. It is a Coopers Hawk whereas the one yesterday looks like a Sharp Shinned Hawk.”
