This Victorian rowhome is located on the same block as the former Brass Knob Warehouse/future Republic Cantina/Chapman Stables condos. Within recent years, nearby Dunbar High School has been completely re-built and NOMA continues to take shape. Positioned at the south end of the neighborhood, the property is close to both New York Ave and the 3rd Street Tunnel (great spot for a reverse commute).

Nearby Shaw and Bloomingdale neighborhoods have been seeing strong seven figure sales for large renovated houses this year, so it is notable that this is Truxton Circle’s first of that ilk in 2017. Earlier this year, there had been two close by properties listed over a million dollars, however, both 88 P St NW (renovated house) and 1420 North Cap (a development deal) settled in the high $900’s. The house next door at 25 N St NW sold for $1,050,000. in late September 2016.

The median net settled sales price for houses in Truxton Circle is $725,000. so far in 2017, and median time on market is ten days. Condos in the same neighborhood in 2017 hit a median net price of $547,500., and typically remain active for three weeks on market.
