From an email:

“After months of anticipation, we are excited to reopen the doors of Dupont Underground to the public for tours. Since the success of Raise/Raze creative minds have been inspired by the potential of this 75,000 sq/ft space. These tours will explore the living history and conceptual reinvention of a DC hidden gem. Each tour will consist of a guided hour long experience through the tunnels under Dupont Circle, that once served as the neighborhood trolley system over fifty years ago. Tickets are $15 per person.

Due to the nature of the space, we are limiting the tours to 30 persons, including children. All children must have tickets, so that we may maintain the correct occupancy limits. Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of no more than 3 children to 1 adult.

The Dupont Underground is a raw industrial space made of hard, uneven surfaces and old and decomposing materials. Please respect the space and explore at your own risk.

Please note: Our official address is 1900 Massachusetts Avenue NW, but our entrance is at New Hampshire Avenue in front of 11 Dupont Circle.

Last time we opened we limited people to just the 15,000 sq ft platform. This time people are seeing the whole space. And we have some surprises along the way…I will say there is an installation at the end of the south tunnel called the iGlow by an artist Hiroshi Jacobs that most have never seen.

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
