“Dear PoPville,
Anyone know of anything preventing me from legally posting a “No Dumping” sign in the alley behind my house? My neighbors and I are tired of finding new pieces of trash dumped in the alley/empty lots that are located behind our houses– would like to at least try to discourage would-be dumpers with a “No Dumping” sign.”
