Zannchi Korean Restaurant coming to the former Yummi Crawfish space

I was wondering what was going on at the former Yummi Crawfish (puro cafe) before that – found lots of info from their design team:

“Once in a while we hear of a project that touches close to home and one of our latest clients, Zannchi is just that. A team of two young, inspired, Georgetown MBA students reached out to us to help bring their dreams into reality. What they have created is a fresh, new concept Korean restaurant that will be sure to grab the attention of any food fan in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Having family from Korea we were able to draw from family experience and trips abroad to create a amazing dining experience that will compliment the amazing food that will be served. Its been a pleasure working with their team and we cannot wait for the grand opening in a few short weeks. You can find their restaurant right in the heart of Georgetown on Wisconsin Avenue. The expected opening date is the second week of February so be sure to stop by and check out what big dreams and amazing execution can create. We have a few surprises in terms of the design and you will want to keep posted to see the big finished reveal. Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
