Any Bars Opening Early for those who will Telework during the Pope’s Visit?

I was wondering, since this is a city that loves to generate reasons for bars to open randomly (snow days, weekdays, etc.), if there are any bars or restaurants that will be open for telework while the Pope is in town (Sep 22-24)?”
