1418 U Street, NW
From a press release:
“District Distilling Company, Inc. is in the process of developing DC’s first combined craft distillery + bar + restaurant in an approximate 8,000 square foot space near the corner of 14th and U Streets, NW. District Distilling Company will produce a range of distilled spirits, which will be served in the adjacent bar and restaurant, as well as available for purchase in the tasting room. Tours of the distillery will be offered to the public.
Complementing the onsite distillery will be a full service bar and restaurant located on the second floor with seating for approximately 150, including private event spaces. The restaurant will offer unique American cuisine highlighted by the diverse range of products from the growing craft distilling industry.
The project is still in the permitting stage; and plans call for an early 2016 opening.”
