At approximately 7:50 AM, a subject inside the establishment assaulted the cashier and removed currency from the cash register. The subject fled the establishment on foot towards Logan Circle NW. The subject is described as a Black male, late 40s to early 50s, approximately 5’7″ in height, thin, and wearing a black leather jacket with black shorts and a baseball style cap.
