Man allegedly seen masturbating and yelling at passersby at 11th and Rhode Island Ave, NW
“Dear PoPville,
I was walking my dog today [Sunday] and this man was standing next to the Logan Circle laundromat at 11th st NW and Rhode Island Ave NW masturbating and yelling some nightmare shit at women and kids who were walking by on the sidewalk. I saw what he was doing and took my phone out to call 911 and he stopped and started walking toward me in an aggressive way and yelling some scary stuff. I took this photo, called the police and told them. They said they sent a unit out and didn’t find him. I sent photos to them as well. I’m sending it in hopes that if a woman sees this man, they will know to stay away from him.”
