This is more of a PSA to the thieves who should realize it’s not worth it. I parked my bike in Mount Pleasant for a few hours Sunday afternoon, and thieves stole the head unit from my pretty basic e-bike.
It’s not expensive computer or universally compatible. It was an annoyance. REI was great, though; they found what I needed in a spare parts bin for less than $15 and I was back rolling with some pedal assist in a short time.”
