I was walking on R street NW in Georgetown today (9/21) right around 12:45pm when a man walking towards me fully flashed me.
He was a black guy, probably late twenties, wearing a gray hoodie and had a black messenger bag. I called 911 to report it but not sure if anything came of it. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same experience with this man. Stay safe everyone!!”
