“Our Menu
In each of our locations, we serve authentic Neapolitan pizza—made the traditional way, just faster.
Our pizzas are baked in a 900°F brick-oven, using long-fermented dough, and top-quality ingredients imported from Italy and sourced locally.
Choose from three delicious styles—Classic, Deluxe, and Premium—and enjoy piping hot pies ready in just 90 seconds. Our vegan pizzas wouldn’t be vegan without our dairy-alternative vegan cheese. We promise you won’t be able to tell the difference.
Crafted with tradition. Served at speed.
About us
Joe Farruggio’s journey began in 1970 when he arrived from Agrigento, Sicily, to the U.S., landing a job in a New York pizzeria just five days later. Over the decades, his passion for authentic Italian pizza and culinary excellence grew, leading him to establish beloved DC restaurants and launch 90 Second Pizza—a place where tradition meets speed.
Alongside Joe is Antonio Biglietto, a true Neapolitan born and raised in Naples, who mastered the art of pizza-making in the heart of the birthplace of Neapolitan pizza, bringing generations of family tradition and expert technique.
Together with the entire team, they blend decades of passion, skill, and innovation to bring you authentic Neapolitan pizza, made fast without sacrificing quality or flavor.”
