A heads up for folks in Columbia Heights. I was walking home from the DC USA Target complex and there was a guy on Irving Street between 14th and 15th,
clearly recording on his phone. He followed me for a block recording me as I walked ahead of him, narrating stuff like “so beautiful”. After a block I turned and yelled at him to stop following me, which he tried to deny and then walked away. Stay safe out there.”
