I wanted to share that cars aren’t able to access Rock Creek Parkway from Independence Ave when coming eastbound over the Roosevelt Bridge back into the city. The on-ramp is completely unpassable and
hasn’t even been plowed. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the exact location . I commute from DC to Arlington back to DC and made this unfortunate discovery yesterday!!
I already called 311, opened a request with DDOT, have called NPS, and messaged NPS on Facebook alerting them to the issue. Might be worth sharing so other folks don’t get stuck!”
