Charlie also shares a shot: “The ice-pocalypse brought 28th ST NW an abandoned car! It’s only been 24 hrs but between our street not being plowed, at all, before, now we are thinking perhaps we see the pavement again in April?”
And that car (above) on Rodman at Connecticut has lost their license plates and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere soon. One resident has named it Walter. So watch out for Walter.
