Last month I saw your post about Petit Monde Bistro and Cafe in Woodley Park potentially closing, and I got worried because I really like Petit Monde. I emailed with them, and they let me know that nothing was set in stone yet.
On Friday, I popped into grab an iced tea, and I asked what the situation was, and they told me
that neighborhood residents had strongly opposed the new cannabis lounge set to come in. The hearings are still underway, but they said that the cannabis company is backing out and that Petit Monde is here to stay! I just wanted to spread the word so people would know to come support during the holidays and beyond.”
