D Light Cafe Bakery and Lounge has permanently closed in Adams Morgan

D Light first opened here back in November 2021. Went through some tough times over the years.

I was walking in Adams Morgan yesterday and came across the owner of Dlight cafe whom I know well. She informed me that they have permanently closed down. So unfortunate for the neighborhood. It was sold by the original Ukrainian sisters to this owner in January 2024.

Will miss it dearly 💔”
