Plugging this local party store that’s new-ish in the L’Enfant food court area. It’s called Total Party and they have hundreds of Halloween costumes, wigs, makeup decorations, and supplies. They also have
Prost, Thanksgiving, Bachelorette, and other specific decorations for golden girl’s, casino, pride etc. Honestly so much I can’t even list it all. The owners were so helpful. Would love to spread supporting a local party store this season! Not sure if many people know this exists (unless they frequent the food court often). Prices were definitely lower than a big box store too.
