“According to my ANC Commissioner, the request for a zoning variance to enable the Detroit Brick Pizza Co. to occupy the former Miss Pixie’s space at 1626 14th St NW has been withdrawn, as the application for a liquor license.”
Ed. Note: Liquor license was just officially rescinded yesterday:
Miss Pixie’s moved from here in 2024. The BodySmith closed here in 2022.
