About two weeks ago I was out walking with my dog and a guy stopped and asked for directions to the metro, said he was from northern Maryland and had to get downtown. As I was helping him with directions it became awkward,
he became sexually motivated and basically asked if he could come back to my place for sex. I’ve seen him twice since, in the same outfit, walking the streets of Logan Circle/14th street which means he was lying and I’m wondering if he’s doing this to other women. This note is more of a lookout for women and to see if this is his “game”. He’s a tall, skinny black male, always wearing a blue and white long sleeve button down with a red nats baseball cap, slacks, and a small bookbag.”
