“The National Park Service (NPS) is offering a long-term competitive lease opportunity for the Conduit Road Schoolhouse, a late 1800s one-room schoolhouse, located at 4954 MacArthur Boulevard NW in Rock Creek Park.
The NPS seeks business proposals addressing how offerors would:
Conduct repairs to the house, such as replacing windows and the roof.
Preserve and protect the property.
Use the property to benefit the local community.
Provide services and amenities.
Potential lessees are invited to submit proposals through August 12, 2025.
