I thought the community might be interested/concerned about an incident this morning in Sherman Circle.
At about 10am Saturday morning man and woman were heard arguing in a blue SUV (maybe a GMC with temp tags) along Kansas Ave just north of Sherman Circle, leading the man walking off into the adjacent grass area, yelling continuing. This escalates to an exchange of glass bottles being thrown at each other.
Guy walks towards Sherman Circle and SUV follows, steers towards him at the crosswalk, and then rushed into Sherman Circle after him, swerving around as he tries to evade her.
SUV crushes a trash can but man eludes her, and she returns to the roadway, going around the Circle and screaming at him with impressive volume. Seems to make another attempt to hit him as he’s corralled in the Circle by her driving. Finally she flees up Kansas, and I lost track of the guy in the southside of the circle
Police arrived a few minutes later and canvassed, unclear if they found or learned anything.”
