H&M Returns to Downtown! Opening Tomorrow (Thurs.) – Gift Cards Given to First 100 In Line. Or is it On Line? Anyway, Huzzah!

Measuring approximately 28,000 square feet, the new location will open May 22nd, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

The new H&M location will offer D.C. residents a one-stop shopping destination for their favorite styles, with collections for women and men, as well as accessories. This location will also carry the H&M Kids collection for newborns to 10-year-olds.

Customers visiting the H&M at 1020 G Street NW will also benefit from improved service features for a seamless shopping experience. Opting for in-store pick up of online orders at one of the store’s lockers offers an easy and time saving option for customers on the go.

To celebrate the new store, the H&M at 1020 G Street NW will offer the first 100 shoppers in line an H&M gift card valued between $15 and $200, as well as giveaways of branded tote bags and soaps from local business Lemon and Whim. Customers attending the opening can enjoy a live DJ and a themed photo opportunity. In partnership with Ceremony Coffee, H&M will also be giving away free coffee and assorted pastries to H&M Members on a first come, first served basis.
