“I’m wondering if you know the renovation status for the Universal building (1815 Connecticut)? It was planned as a huge apartment conversion project. In preparation for the project, all commercial tenants were removed but Walgreens is still operating. I live nearby and have not seen any visible construction in the last 1.5 years.”
