Thanks to all who passed on to us the sad news from Haikan:
“After almost 10 years in Shaw, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our beloved Haikan.
The challenges of food costs, Initiative 82 and the economic climate in the city brought us to this decision.
Our last day of service will be Saturday, May 3, 2025.
We would love for you to come over, order a ramen, a plate of crab rangoons and a beer to toast Haikan goodbye. For our last week, enjoy 20% off all food and drink.
Before we close, allow us to thank all of our chefs, servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, managers and our guests over the last decade – you have always been the heart of Haikan.”
