The Kennedy Center show I was excited to see tomorrow (Wednesday) has been canceled!
I wasn’t even going to get tickets originally since I assumed that either the new head of the Kennedy Center would cancel it on them since it’s a group of all female comedians or that the comedians would cancel it (ahead of time!) preemptively themselves. But canceling it the night before? My friend got the email as we were texting about where to eat before the Kennedy Center show!
It’s canceled “Due to artist availability”. 🙄🙄🙄🙄. Of course they’re available! They planned it! Note that normally in the DMV area if a performer is ill, they will reference that specifically when canceling a show. So pissed off at this group now.”
