What are current opinions, of ZipCar users in NW DC (and other quadrants), regarding the brand and does it still offer somewhat quality vehicles. There’s a lot of chatter, it seems, out there that their vehicles 1)
show extreme signs of wear/tear, 2) dirty interiors with significant smells of various types of smoking, and 3) their customer service has drastically decreased.
Is this brand still recommendable today?”
