“3D is working a confirmed ADW Gun at 1520 Corcoran ST NW . L/O is for a B/M , early 20’s , wearing all black clothing, thin build, 6’0 height, wearing a surgical mask. Fled on foot Westbound on Corcoran towards 16th ST NW.”
