🚜 Towed 411 cars w/$2.9M in fines &
🥾 Booted 3,323 cars w/$8.7M in fines.
🧮 Of the 411 impounded:
• 132 released to owner after paying $329k in fines
• 70 sent to scrap
• 5 sent to auction
• 227 still on lot”
