I have seen this occur often in my area of town. A pickup truck, not one that I recognize belonging to a neighbor, has appeared gotten booted and has a sign “not to be move” placed on its front window. Then a few hours later the pickup is gone. Is this supposed to be a scare tactic by local authorities?”
