This incident took place on Monday 11/11 on the 1700 block of Mass Ave, involving a man on a bike in a blue suit on a Capital Bikeshare bike, and an African American utility worker marking the sidewalk.
The man in the suit was seen getting off his bike and verbally assaulting the utility worker.
He threatened to “put him in the ground and bury him under a tree” along with some other extremely violent and aggressive rhetoric. I have photos of the assailant and am hoping someone else witnessed this incident and would be willing to corroborate my police report.”
