“It’s the most wonderful time of the year – the launch of the 9:30 Club’s Annual Holiday Raffle. If you’ve been wondering how to start helping your community and how to spend your evenings in 2025, the 9:30 Club’s 23rd annual win-win donation drive serves as your answer to both. With two potential ways to win a pair of tickets to every show at the 9:30 Club and The Atlantis in 2025, doing the right thing has never been so easy or so fun. With the opportunity to enjoy more than 500 shows in 2024 (267 at the 9:30 Club and 248 at The Atlantis), the hardest part will be picking your favorites.
Last year, the 22nd edition of the 9:30 Club’s Annual Holiday Raffle wrapped with a record-breaking 3,000 items of clothing, 1,300 non-perishable food items, and $37,750 dollars in donations going to local community organizations.
With a little help from our friends, we hope to raise even more this year!
How It Works and Who Benefits
Enter to win by donating non-perishable food or clean, gently-used clothing to the 9:30 Club’s box office, or by making monetary contributions via our BetterWorld page from the comfort of your home.
Donations will benefit several local non-profits including:
DC Central Kitchen, Thrive DC, Martha’s Table, So Others Might Eat, Sasha Bruce, and Capital Area Food Bank.
Each donor will receive one (1) raffle ticket per donation (or per $5 donated). For in-person donations of physical goods, donors can receive up to 10 entries per day (but you may donate as many items as you want each day), and you can participate every day of the raffle if you wish. For online monetary donations, there is no limit.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I DONATE?
Non-perishable, nutritious food items/canned goods. (No ramen please!)
Gently used clothing: men’s, women’s, children’s, and baby clothes, coats, hats, gloves, scarves, shoes, belts, hats, etc. (please no used underwear or socks, but we will happily accept those items if they are new)
Item donations can be brought to the 9:30 Club box office during box office hours (12pm-7pm, Monday through Friday) or during any show in December. You don’t need a ticket to stop by and donate – just tell the box office you’re here for the raffle!

Each entry is $5, and there’s no limit to the number of entries. Online donations close December 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
