Developers are really trying to ruin this block. Two perfectly good homes are being converted to condos.
Who knows what ugliness will be erected. Yeah. I know. People want more housing. But as of late more housing equals ugly and cheap. These are homes at 1113 V NW and 1111 V St NW. Photos of the last sale of 1111 in 2010 show it was in very nice shape.
Note the home at 1119 V St. NW (tall gray condo) has already been bastardized.”
